  1. Welfare measures
    The company has various reasonable employee welfare measures: labor health insurance, labor pensions, various vacations, group accident insurance, regular employee health examinations and various subsidies, such as maternity subsidies, childcare subsidies, wedding and funeral subsidies , birthday gifts, on-the-job training subsidies for employees, scholarship subsidies for employees’ children, etc., and regularly organize domestic and overseas travel subsidies, family days, employee birthday parties, etc.

  2. Diversity and equality in the workplace
    The company's recruitment follows an open, fair and impartial selection process. All employees are treated equally regardless of gender, religion, race, nationality or political party. We respect all types of professional talents and apply the same salary and benefits to colleagues. In 2025, the proportion of female employees was 45%, and the proportion of female employees was 55%. There was little difference in the number of men and women across age groups. The average age of employees was 40-49 years old (39%), followed by 30-39 years old (23%), those over 50 years old (23%), and those under 29 years old (15%). In 2025, foreign employees accounted for 12% of the total workforce, employees with disabilities accounted for 1%, and indigenous employees accounted for 1%, which complies with the hiring ratio principle.
    We value gender equality in the workplace and have been committed to promoting outstanding female colleagues to management positions in recent years. Statistics from 2022 to 2024 show that the percentage of female managers increased year by year: 24.56% (14/57) in 2022, 27.12% (16/59) in 2023, and 27.87% (17/61) in 2024.
  3. Employee retirement systemThe company formulates employee retirement measures in accordance with the Labor Standards Law and Labor Pension Regulations. For retired employees under the old system, fixed monthly contributions are made to labor retirement reserves. The company appoints actuaries to provide regular pension reports every year to ensure that full contributions are made.  For the new pension system, the company contributes 6% of the monthly salary to the labor pension on a monthly basis.  Employees can choose to withdraw their own pension and contribute up to 6% of the monthly salary. The current retirement reserve account has reached the present value of the total amount of retirement funds available to all employees who will be eligible to claim retirement benefits in the future. An application will be submitted in 2024 to suspend contributions for another year. Currently, 27employees choose to withdraw their own labor pensions (10 men and 17 women), accounting for 10% of all employees. In 2024, 25 employees chose to withdraw their own labor retirement funds (7 men and 18 women), representing 9.5% of the total workforce. According to my country's retirement regulations, companies can force employees to retire, and employees can also apply for voluntary retirement.
 
Human rights policy
In order to fulfill its social responsibilities and implement human rights protection, the company abides by the "United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights", "Declaration of Basic Principles and Rights at Work" and the Labor Standards Act, and respects basic labor human rights. It has formulated "Employee Work Rules" to protect the rights and interests of employees. Ensure smooth communication channels between labor and management, actively understand and reasonably meet employees' needs, and maintain good labor relations.

Provide a safe, hygienic and healthy working environment
  1. Occupational safety and health managementThe company has an Occupational Safety and Health Committee, which is composed of supervisors at all levels, safety and health personnel and labor representatives. It holds regular industrial safety group meetings to jointly coordinate the implementation and operation of the safety and health system. Safety and health education and training are conducted every six months, fire protection equipment is regularly inspected every year/quarter, and fire drills are conducted every six months. Fire drills were conducted in May and November of 2024.

    The company has also established an industrial safety team, which meets monthly to inspect the working environment. The machinery and equipment in the factory area are registered and maintained on the machinery and equipment maintenance form monthly and quarterly. The machinery and equipment have operating precautions posted on them, as well as axles and punch machine equipment. Protective outer box protection and fool-proof operation, employees must be trained before they can operate the machine.

    The total number of occupational injuries in 2024 was 7, including 5car accidents on the way home from get off work and 2 injury caused by being pinched while operating a machine at work. There were no deaths or serious occupational injuries caused by occupational injuries among employees, so the serious occupational injury rate was zero. In addition, regular health checks were conducted for workers working in special hazardous areas, and no occupational diseases were found or diagnosed as Level 4 in 2024. In response to frequent car accidents on the way to and from get off work, in addition to caring for injured employees and assisting with the application of related insurance benefits, we also conduct safety promotion at labor-management meetings or monthly birthday parties. Our company has emergency personnel and fire prevention management personnel in Tucheng head factory, Tucheng No. 2 Factory and Yilan Factory. Emergency personnel (2 in Tucheng head factory and Tucheng No. 2 Factory, 4 in Tucheng No. 2 Factory, 1 in Yilan Factory), fire prevention Management personnel (1 in Tucheng head factory and Tucheng No. 2 Factory, 2 in Tucheng No. 2 Factory, and 1 in Yilan Factory). The staff members shall undergo regular retraining in accordance with the law. The company conducts relevant occupational safety training courses every year, including fire drills and occupational safety and health courses. According to statistics of 2024 occupational safety training courses, the internal training totaled 335 hours and the external training totaled 79.5 hours).
     
  2. Employee health examination
    The company cares about the health status of each employee and follows legal regulations to conduct employee health examinations every two years. Statistics of the number of employee health examinations in 2024 include 187 employees (91 males and 96 females), and blue-collar foreign employees comply with legal requirements to undergo physical examinations when entering Taiwan, six-month physical examinations, 18-month physical examinations and contract expiration physical examinations. In 2022, we will begin to sign on-site medical and nursing service contracts with hospitals. Medical staff will regularly come to the company to provide employee health consultation and advice on working postures and environment. A total of 187 people (83 males and 104 females) received on-site medical consultation services in 2024.
Ban child labor, forced labor, discrimination, bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace Our company strictly abides by the Labor Standards Act and basic labor human rights prohibiting the following matters.
In order to value the opinions and rights of employees, the company has set up an exclusive complaint mailbox for employees, which can directly convey opinions to senior managers such as general managers and human resources managers. No employee complaints were received in 2024.
Respect employees’ rights to organize and join various social organizations
The company has established an employee welfare committee to handle various employee benefits and holds regular labor-management meetings. The company also has sports clubs such as table tennis clubs, and encourages employees to set up more clubs.
In order to encourage employees to exercise and manage their health on their own, a new rest area was set up on the third floor of the Tucheng Head Office and fitness equipment was invested in for employees to use after work in 2023.
All employees conduct promotional lectures, and in addition to physical lectures, they can also learn online on the company's e-learning platform. A total of 140 hours of human rights-related education and training were conducted in 2024

Education and Training 
Our company considers its employees a vital asset and prioritizes talent development. To cultivate outstanding talent and enhance overall competitiveness, we have established a comprehensive education and training system. This includes onboarding training, on-the-job training (internal and external), management skills training, and internal online e-learning courses. New employee training is planned by the Human Resources Department, covering general courses such as company introduction, personnel regulations, occupational safety and health awareness, workplace ethics awareness, and gender equality guidelines. On-the-job training is conducted according to each department's annual training plan, and the effectiveness of training is continuously tracked in the workplace. Furthermore, for the development of reserve deputy talent and management positions, we strategically plan relevant management skills training courses, and enhance and strengthen management skills through cross-job or departmental transfers, project assignments, and participation in relevant meetings.

The annual education and training plan stipulates the required credit hours for employees each year. In 2025, the total training hours for employees amounted to 5,577 hours, including 129 internal training sessions with 1,636 participants totaling 4,855 hours, and 63 external training sessions totaling 722 hours. Training costs amounted to NT$460,000, and 27 certifications were obtained. New employee training hours totaled 54 hours.


Diverse Communication Channels
Although the company has not yet signed a collective bargaining agreement, it actively promotes two-way dialogue between labor and management through institutionalized channels to strengthen employee participation. In 2024, labor-management meetings were held quarterly, with a total of 8 meetings held at the Tucheng and Yilan plants. This effectively collected employee opinions and addressed concerns promptly. Throughout the year, the company cooperated with relevant inspections by labor authorities and had no record of violations.
To promote the improvement of welfare systems and employee cohesion, the company established a Welfare Committee. Each plant has a representative from the Welfare Committee, and they hold regular meetings to discuss welfare planning, group activities, and employee care matters. In addition, dedicated personnel conducted interviews with both new and departing employees to understand their onboarding adaptation and reasons for leaving. A total of 66 interviews were completed in 2024, achieving a 100% implementation rate.
To encourage company-wide participation in organizational improvement, the company continued to promote a proposal improvement system, focusing on quality, operations, and technology. By adjusting the content of proposals, the feasibility and implementability of proposals were strengthened. In 2024, 131 proposals were received, with 45 approved, a 34% approval rate (45 out of 131). Excellent proposals and implementers will be publicly recognized and rewarded at the year-end party to enhance employee participation.
In addition, the Human Resources department conducted an employee satisfaction survey at the end of 2024, covering six aspects: job satisfaction, direct supervisor satisfaction, training and development, compensation and benefits, colleague relationships, and corporate well-being. The overall satisfaction rate was 71%, with a response rate of 76%. The survey included the following six dimensions: 1. Job satisfaction 72%, 2. Direct supervisor satisfaction 75%, 3. Training and development 71%, 4. Compensation and benefits 63%, 5. Colleague relationships 76%, and 6. Well-being and engagement 71%.
Based on the 2024 employee satisfaction survey analysis, employees with 5-10 years of service were the primary focus. In 2025, a sample of employees with more than 5 years of service will be interviewed to continuously strengthen employee identification and corporate cohesion.

Personal Data Protection Management 
In accordance with the internal process of the "Personal Data Protection Management Regulations," the company effectively manages the processing of personal data on its computers. It also complies with the "Personal Data Protection Act" and its "Enforcement Rules," and other relevant laws and regulations to regulate the processing of personal data on its computers, prevent infringement of employee rights, and promote the rational use of personal data.
We take great care in protecting employee personal data. Our company complies with the Personal Data Protection Act. The "Basic Information Form for Applicants" filled out by external job seekers and the "Personnel Information Card Form" filled out by internal employees clearly state that information provided to the company with the individual's consent is only collected, processed, used, transmitted internationally, and used for subsequent administrative management. Internal and external auditors regularly conduct random checks to verify the accuracy of data. When providing data to internal or external auditors, employee personal data is hidden or obscured before being provided. Human resources-related forms are compiled and kept by the Human Resources department for the legally stipulated retention period, and destroyed after the expiration of the retention period to prevent data leakage. There were no violations of the Personal Data Protection Act in 2025.
